     Newsletter has not been published to date. 
     Nancy
     is in the process of working on it. 
     Nancy
     wishes to continue to do ad and print layout for OVation but is asking for
     help in gathering content and managing advertising, subscriptions and
     content.  Below is the copy that is
     going in the next OVation.

 Valley PWC Club is
looking for “A FEW GOOD FOLKS” to help with the OVation. We need a: •

 - Upcoming
     spring show set for March 17, 2011. 
     Judges, Stuart Magness - - Breed and Patti
     Bittles - - Sweepstakes.  Gerald
     will oversee this show and is in the process of selecting committees.  Lana Law will be available to help with
     show responsibilities as needed.
 
 - Gerald
     stressed that volunteer for the club and its activities need to be able to
     do their jobs without undue criticizing from
     others in the club.  This is a club
     made up of volunteers and any and all discussion of jobs needs to pass
     through the president before going on to others.  It will be the responsibility of the
     president to see to it that tasks are completed as the volunteers
     agreed.  
 
Vice President,
Adrienne Saffell: 
 
Linda Ozelis has agreed to do the trophies again if the club
wishes.  The contract for the Hurstbourne
Lane Holiday Inn has been signed as the location for our specialty in March.  We will have a block of rooms for the event and
the rate will be $96.90 with a one time $39 non-refundable pet fee.  Make
reservations before February 15, 2011.  Rooms will be released after that.  Hurstbourne Lane/I-64.  502-426-2600

     received from the Kentucky 4-H Council
     thanking the Ohio Valley Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club for assisting at the
     2010 4-H KY State Fair Dog Shoe held on August 15, 2010 in Louisivlle Kentucky.  Bob and Adrienne Saffell and Ed Heath
     worked as stewards for the Obedience rings.

Rescue, Neena Van Camp/Kathy Shannon
 - There
     will be a rescue parade before the match today.  As of this date, there are five corgi available for rescue.  Foster homes and additional help is needed to assist with rescue.  Much time and effort goes into helping
     out these corgis that need good homes. 
     Call Neena, Kathy or Gerald if you can be of service.    
 
Trophies, Carra Cole
 - Carra
     is currently looking into getting support for the trophies for the March
     specialty.  
 
Ways and Means, Adrienne Saffell
 - There
     are many older items from Ways and Means that will be available at a discount .

 - Committees
     are in the process of being formed. 
     Type of trophies is being decided. 
     There is be a short informal meeting at
     the end of the day to discuss the March specialty.

Old Business:  
 
 - Ways
     and Means continuing to sell items at a reduced prince to cut down on
     inventory.  Adrienne is in charge of
     this.
 
 - Next
     meeting date for the OVPWCC Board and Regular meeting will be in November
     in conjunction with the Columbus
     shows.  Times and date to be
     determined.
