bill favoring animal rights did not make it into law in 2008. PETA's attempt to
have USA network ban Westminster does not seem to be working as well as their
attempt to ban Crufts on the BBC.

have helped in '08. Members welcome to be on this committee. Objectives,
Mission statement, and Guidelines are being updated. Several requests to take
in this week. Need foster homes. Neena is looking for someone to take over as
co chair but is continuing until such person is found. Full detailed report
filed in OV log.
13. Trophies: Carra Cole: Going well. Ribbons
have arrived. SHould be set by mid Feb. There are still classes needing
sponsors!!
14. Ways and Means: Judy Nolan: Would like replaced.
Will be at the Specialty. Will discuss at the March meeting.
15. Web Page: Nancy Oehlhof: Discussion about
putting a rescue page up highlighting successful placements.
